I moved to America when I was 23.
It was 1993 and my dream was to become a photography assistant. I never intended to stay in America for more than a year, but things opened up very quickly. I got a great job, met my partner, had a daughter, bought a house, and life took over.
There are three ways most people respond to fear of the unknown. Which way do you respond? Hint: it’s not fight, flight, or freeze.

What I want to share today is the idea that they’re neither good nor bad. They simply are. And if you get in touch with your “negative” self-expression, you can actually experience more “positive” expression and pleasure than ever before.
